I haven’t been running too much since January, and before that I wasn’t seriously watching my miles since I trained for Tyranena in November. That a said, I’m thinking about running the Trailbreaker Half Marathon on Saturday with zero pressure. I don’t even know how I’ll do, other than, of course, I’ll finish it. I mean, all I have to do is put one foot in front of the other. That’s pretty simple.
I’m interested to see how all the BodyPump, CXWORX and TRX translates to a stronger run. I’ve had some pretty decent times on the treadmill, but that really doesn’t equate to the outside.
So there ya go, I might run a half marathon that I haven’t trained for nor planned for on Saturday, I’m waiting on the weather forecast, but I’m about 75% sure I’m in.
