Tonight I cleaned the filters in the air Honeywell purifiers. Here are the instructions for cleaning them:
- Gently run a vacuum cleaner attachment along the filter to pick-up tiny particles.
- For washing, add a few drops of liquid dishwasher detergent to lukewarm water. Swish the filter in the mild soap solution, soaking for 2-3 minutes.
- Rinse the filter completely with clean tap water and shake to remove excess water.
- Place on a plush tower to dry completely.
- Insert the filter with arrows pointing into the air purifer.
I’m stuck on step #4. I can’t seem to find a plush tower anywhere.

I sure hope it’s not that “plush tower” they built in the middle of no where to sooth the ravage allergy beasts! I hear if you visit it… you don’t go home alone!
LOL….

You can thank outsourcing for that.
A company can outsource a LOT of things to Asia, but copy writing isn’t one of them….

For “plush tower” I am of course picturing a cat scratching post covered with extra-deep carpet. I just can’t see a happy ending involving a “plush tower” and a air filter once cat hair is added to the mix though!

Hmm. Reminds me of a user’s manual, actually a good one most of the way through, once I got past, “Congraturations!”
