- I’ve been practicing Bikram yoga for 6 months now.
- Somehow I’ve gained 10 pounds.
- But I’ve got a really good triangle pose going.
- And I can hold my arms straight out in front of me for a very long time.
- The 10 pounds might be related to the fact that I’m running a lot less miles than I was when I was “training” for Goofy.
- Training is in quotes because I wasn’t all hardcore about it.
- I’m signed up for the Summerfest Rock n Sole Half Marathon in June.
- I should probably figure out a training plan for it.
- I’m in denial as to how many weeks out it is.
- In fact I really don’t know. Maybe 8???
- This year I plan on doing less races than I did in 2012.
- I’m considering buying a tandem bike so that my daughter and I can go for bike rides together.
- Summer is coming.
