  1. I’ve been practicing Bikram yoga for 6 months now.
  2. Somehow I’ve gained 10 pounds.
  3. But I’ve got a really good triangle pose going.
  4. And I can hold my arms straight out in front of me for a very long time.
  5. The 10 pounds might be related to the fact that I’m running a lot less miles than I was when I was “training” for Goofy.
  6. Training is in quotes because I wasn’t all hardcore about it.
  7. I’m signed up for the Summerfest Rock n Sole Half Marathon in June.
  8. I should probably figure out a training plan for it.
  9. I’m in denial as to how many weeks out it is.
  10. In fact I really don’t know. Maybe 8???
  11. This year I plan on doing less races than I did in 2012.
  12. I’m considering buying a tandem bike so that my daughter and I can go for bike rides together.
  13. Summer is coming.
