Thursday Thirteen: Lungs, jaws & prison

  1. Diagnosis: Bronchitis.
  2. I’m on a ventolin inhaler, a five day azithromycin anitobiotic, and five days of prednisone.
  3. I think my doctor said I should be feeling better in 2-3 weeks.
  4. I’m hoping it’s the sooner rather than the later because the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon is only 6-1/2 weeks away.
  5. About the TMJ situation, I think I’m getting a night guard (still waiting to see if insurance will approve it).
  6. I’ve been to physical therapy twice and it’s really very nice.
  7. I actually fell asleep the last time I was there, but completely denied it when she woke me up.
  8. The setting: laying on a table, a pillow under your head, someone to massage your jawbone and neck, the lights are dim, ultrasound therapy on each side, and then having your neck and jaw wrapped in a hot compress for 15 minutes.
  9. You’d totally fall asleep too.
  10. I burned through all four seasons of Prison Break and I loved every minute of it.
  11. Well, maybe not season three all that much, but it carried the story along.
  12. Season four was A.MAZ.ING. AMAZING!!!!
  13. And I cried like a baby for the last two episodes. (and then I cried again when I tried to explain to my husband how the series ended)

I’m thinking of getting the Netflix ready Blu Ray player. If I do, I will finally see “Prison Break.”

I had a similar situation a few months ago. Let yourself recover! I didn’t & ended up with pleurisy lingering on & on. Hope that you are better quickly!!!
